Bought from Elegant Blinds. Never again. Very short on detail. Ensure you read his quote. Had a problem with a specialty blind that he ordered incorrectly from a supplier. Tried to help him out with a solution rather than sending the blind back. He wanted us to pick a colour from his supplier in Port Macquarie. Called a lazy c... by him for not going myself & making him do it. Also swore while my wife was on the phone. Customer service in non existent. Product was nearly 4 weeks late. The only good thing was the installers & shutters.
